1. Purpose and definitions

These terms set the conditions of use for the three things SurfingBear Tools provides: (1) free AI tools, (2) brokerage for adopting international AI products, and (3) development and consulting services.

2. Conditions for using the free tools

The accuracy of AI-generated output is not warranted, and final responsibility for any decision rests with the user. Output may be used commercially. Access may be restricted in cases of excessive use or abuse.

3. Intellectual property

Output generated by the tools belongs to the user. Rights in the site and the tools themselves remain with the operator.

4. Product adoption

SurfingBear Tools acts as the channel for adopting international AI products. The performance, availability and SLA of a product remain governed by that vendor’s own terms. The operator provides adoption support and a technical-support escalation channel.

5. Limitation of liability

The operator is not liable for decisions made on the basis of free-tool output, nor for temporary service interruption caused by monthly usage limits or similar.

6. Dispute resolution

The governing law is the law of the Republic of Korea. The court of jurisdiction will be specified once the contracting entity is confirmed.

7. Changes to these terms

Changes will be posted on this page, and material changes will be announced seven days before they take effect.
