SurfingBear Tools (operated by Divii Consulting) complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable law. This policy applies to the handling of personal data collected at tools.surfingbear.ai.

2. Personal data we collect

Enquiry form: company name, name, email, phone (optional), message · Tool use: the text you enter (used only for that processing) and IP address (abuse prevention) · Collected automatically: cookies and web analytics data (GA4, Clarity)

3. Purpose of collection and use

Responding to enquiries, providing the service, improving tool quality, and statistical analysis

4. Retention period

Enquiries: one year after the reply is completed · Tool inputs: destroyed immediately after processing (where an email is supplied for download, retained solely to send it) · Analytics data: per the retention settings of the analytics tool

5. Disclosure to third parties

As a rule we do not disclose data. Exception: for a product adoption enquiry we may pass your company name and contact details to the relevant vendor, and we obtain your consent in advance.

6. Transfer outside Korea

Personal data may be transferred to the AI APIs used to run the tools (located in the US), the web analytics tools (located in the US), and, for a product adoption, to the relevant vendor (located in India or the US). The specific items, countries, retention periods and your right to refuse will be set out in detail after legal review.

7. Processing entrusted to others

Hosting, AI API providers and web analytics tools — the list of processors will be published once finalised.

8. Your rights as a data subject

You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing, via Contact.
